    B - black coffee, 10 almonds and a pepperoni stick
    L - TBD - maybe a bunless burger
    D - chicken parm with sauteed rapini and a glass of red wine - TGIF!
    S - pickles and a square of dark chocolate

    Very excited - a friend is giving us a practically brand new stationary bike today so I know what I will be doing later! :)

    B - 1 cup beef bouillon w/1 tbsp Kerrygold butter, gelatin, & 1tbsp HWC + iced coffee with HWC & SF Hazelnut syrup
    L - 4oz ground beef, shredded cheese, half an avocado, and reduced sugar ketchup
    S - 1 oz macadamia nuts & 1 oz bacon jerky (<- my new fav thing!)
    D - garlic butter chicken thighs with cream cheese sauce

    L- chicken bouillon cube in hot water
    D- we're going to an Italian restaurant to celebrate my sister's promotion. Super excited that one of tonight's specials is lasagna with spinach and portobello mushrooms, with eggplant slices instead of noodles. It's like they knew I was coming! So that, with a salad.

    Breakfast: Coffee with hwc, fried egg, 3 slices bacon
    Lunch: salad topped with steak, bacon, egg, avocado, cheese, and ranch.
    Dinner: late lunch so maybe nothing.
    Snacks: cheese, iced coffee with cream, 90% chocolate and cashew butter.

    B - cheesy scrambled aggs and a lot of bacon :)
    L - wasn't hungry!
    D - roast beef, brussel sprouts with bacon, and a little bit of mashed potatoes and gravy (yum!)

    today:

    S - cheese string, pepperoni stick, dark chocolate
    D - pork chops with peanut satay sauce, asparagus with butter

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast: Chicken wings w/ ranch
    Snack: beef stick, iced coffee w/ cream
    Dinner: Lasagna made w/ spaghetti squash instead of noodles
    Snack: 85% chocolate & cashew butter. Tried a different brand of chocolate. :( Prefer the Lindt 90.

    Today:
    Breakfast: Coffee with hwc
    Lunch: chicken wings w/ ranch
    Dinner: leftover spaghetti squash lasagna
    Snacks: Tea w/ hwc, 85% chocolate & cashew butter.

    Yesterday was our new tradition: Sunday chicken wing night! My hubs actually went out to get us a Fry Daddy. If you had asked me last year if I would ever consider a fryer a kitchen necessity, I would have laughed like crazy!

    Breakfast: Tazo Zen tea
    Lunch: Big salad with all the fixins; turkey, evoo, mayo, hot peppers, flax seeds, olives, some Dubliner cheese.
    Dinner: Pepperoni, chicken pizza bake. And maybe some avocado on the side.

    Saturday

    D - 10 oz ribeye, fried shrimp, salad with ranch dressing (basically lettuce and dressing), and 3 pieces of fried squash. Under calories, should have skipped the squash, but no regrets. I LOVE fried shrimp.

    Yesterday

    L - pork ribs with stewed yellow squash (blegh - ribs were super tough and the squash overcooked, didn't even eat half of my plate.)
    D - steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas

    (note to self - doesn't do well for you to go out to eat starving slap to death - you make bad decisions LOL)

    Today
    B - coffee with creamer
    L - chicken taco salad no shell
    D - grilled chicken breast with skin and brussel sprouts in butter

    Hubby loves the local Mexican place. There is only so much I can eat there and am getting really tired of the same old options. :(

    Dinner: brat and steamed broccoli with butter and cheese on it
    Snack: debating on have a few chocolate chips or a some dark chocolate with peanut butter

    L: baby spinach salad w mct oil, salt & pepper. 1.5 pieces of bacon. 1oz kerrygold dubliner and 1 tsp chia seeds. Homemade hflc raspberry & blackberry cheesecake.

    D- bottom round steak, sauted mixed bell peppers with onions and mushrooms. And homemade hflc raspberry & blackberry cheesecake.

    Lunch: 2 thick slices tomato, home-made tuna salad on top of each slice.
    Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower

    L- chicken broth, bouillon cube, Knox gelatin , jello with extra gelatin
    S- beef broth with gelatin added

    Liquid diet today due to ummm..test tomorrow. Hope the jello doesn't put my carbs too high , but I feel that I need something! Should have made more Knox gelatin with some flavoring and stevia instead of sugar , probably. Back on track with steak or something tomorrow noon.
