Dinner: Lasagna made w/ spaghetti squash instead of noodles
Snack: 85% chocolate & cashew butter. Tried a different brand of chocolate. Prefer the Lindt 90.
Today:
Breakfast: Coffee with hwc
Lunch: chicken wings w/ ranch
Dinner: leftover spaghetti squash lasagna
Snacks: Tea w/ hwc, 85% chocolate & cashew butter.

Yesterday was our new tradition: Sunday chicken wing night! My hubs actually went out to get us a Fry Daddy. If you had asked me last year if I would ever consider a fryer a kitchen necessity, I would have laughed like crazy!

Breakfast: Tazo Zen tea
Lunch: Big salad with all the fixins; turkey, evoo, mayo, hot peppers, flax seeds, olives, some Dubliner cheese.
Dinner: Pepperoni, chicken pizza bake. And maybe some avocado on the side.

Saturday
D - 10 oz ribeye, fried shrimp, salad with ranch dressing (basically lettuce and dressing), and 3 pieces of fried squash. Under calories, should have skipped the squash, but no regrets. I LOVE fried shrimp.
Yesterday
L - pork ribs with stewed yellow squash (blegh - ribs were super tough and the squash overcooked, didn't even eat half of my plate.)
D - steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas
(note to self - doesn't do well for you to go out to eat starving slap to death - you make bad decisions LOL)
Today

L - chicken taco salad no shell
D - grilled chicken breast with skin and brussel sprouts in butter
Hubby loves the local Mexican place. There is only so much I can eat there and am getting really tired of the same old options.0 -
