You catch yourself saying, "Don't you hate it when you waste all your carbs on veggies and have none left over for dark chocolate?"16

@FIT_Goat with all the good food hacks!
LOL, when you eat like I do, you tend to grow some thick skin. I've gotten very comfortable with being told, "No, we can't do that." Actually, it's the worst thing that happens. I've also gotten very patient and comfortable explaining exactly what I would like. I also avoid places when they're really busy. They are more likely to listen to you and try to work with you, when they aren't trying to get to the 50 people waiting behind you. They are also much more likely to not screw it up.
Sometimes, you just have to ask.7 -
With food intolerances I am so used to asking for substitutions but asking for more meat has not occurred to me before now.
Having colleagues looking strangely at your lunch which consists of a hard boiled egg with salt, meat wrapped in salad leaves and a pickle on the side.5 -
When you go to Wendy's and get to eat the double Baconator w/o bun or ketchup and ask for extra mayo on it, oh yeah, and add double blue cheese to my green salad, thanks.
Secretly laughing at the glances from the other tables, bwahahaha14 -

You find yourself explaining to your wife that the Kashi products are not health food and won't help anyone lose weight even if they are called "Go Lean."27

This could be short for, "Go lean over the porcelain altar (and rid yourself of that sugar bomb)."11 -

I maintained my weight loss for quite a few years using Kashi products when I was younger and much skinnier. I think the key to success was the fact that Kashi drove me to intermittent fasting because half the time I chose not to eat over choking down dried twigs for breakfast.19 -
When you eat uncured pepperoni 'chips' the same way you used to eat potato or tortilla chips but without the guilt!12

But...that's not so odd? Unless you make the whole thing with cream... (which sounds pretty darn awesome tbh)
I do that, in fact, but for breakfast. 100 g hwc with protein powder: awesome dessert.1 -
When you throw a big hunk of butter onto your lunch because the protein to fat ratio is too high.18

Yep!!! I am going through a stick a week on average. We bought a box of 4 sticks when we first moved into our new place and I am down to the last one already. We have been here less than 3 weeks haha9 -
Butter and avocados are purchased at Costco almost every week...and coconut oil, but that one is only like once a month...8
