Yeah, and I just checked the package. It's sweetened and 3.25% fat. I must have grabbed the wrong one at the grocery store. I don't have it that often, so I guess I better be careful.

To comment about the yogurt comment above I find that it's more what I have done the entire day before rather than the previous meal only. Last night at 11pm I had 50g of that Icelandic yogurt and a small pear. Take a look at how your entire day was and exercise is HUGE with regards to how my sugar will he. We are all different so it may not apply to you...just maybe another idea. Have a great day all!!!0 -
Yesterday wasn't too bad,. I'm pretty sure you're right Jane. As long as I'm not in the double digits, I'm happy. I've said this before, two hours after waking up, having 4oz of juice, and a coffee, my numbers are 5's sometimes lower. But I'm very shaky. If I was 4.8' I would really shake.0

116 (6.44), this morning i noticed that my 14 day average is down to 115 (6.39). here are that last 4 month averages:
june:152.23 (8.46)
july: 148.77 (8.27)
august: 133.59 (7.42)
september: 121.1(6.73)
Hmmm, maybe there is something to this whole diet and exercise thing. Who Knew?1 -

sounds absolutely delicious, i might have to make that again soon... i do the cooking 6 days or so a week... i make the wife's breakfast m-f and dinner for everyone sunday-friday, although some at least one day is leftovers, sometimes 2 but they count!1 -

It's my granddaughter's birthday on Saturday and then Thanksgiving!! Lol!! I hope I can make decent choices.0 -

this was my reading at 7:25 am. Now, after 4oz of orange juice and a coffee, at 10:00 am my reading is 6.4 (115.2) This is why I don't really stress over my fasting BG.2
