    Going for 100 miles again. Still having problems with knees. Was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees earlier last month. Still keeping going as much as I can

    Every sympathy @2essie - I was diagnosed with the beginnings of osteoarthritis in my knees several months ago. I certainly feel it the day after a run ....... running every day isn't really an option now :'(:'(

    Starting with 5 miles, half of that on the boring elliptical. My gym is doing a holiday thing where you earn stamps for various tasks and get prizes at the end. I'm going for the fleece jacket and 30 long, painful mins on the elliptical was one of them.

    Adding 8 miles for 20 out of 250. Expecting an arctic front this weekend. Should hit -3 F. that's about -20 for you British friends. :smile: I like it! I'll have the trails all to myself. :smile: And the bears will be hibernating. That's always a plus. I can leave the bear spray at home.
