You click the icon that looks like a piece of paper with one corner folded down just above the text box (2 icons to the right of the smiley face). Then you choose the file you want to post.0 -
That looks so yummy @Laurie6578
Tonight's dinner - butter chicken, Parmesan courgette fries, crispy kale and mangetout. Super yummy.2 -
I made my family pulled pork and found a recipe for white barbecue sauce to put on mine. It was very tasty, and even though I followed the recipe exactly, it was very sweet tasting and would probably still be delicious without the sugar. Served with cole slaw and pickles.

Today's lunch is Chicken Tinola a Filipino chicken soup cooked in broth with onions, ginger, chayote and spinach. This is my comfort food. My mom use to make it for me when I was sick. Tip: chop off the ends of the drumsticks and the marrow will seep into the broth for added goodness. Perfect for a cold, rainy day like today. Also, LC pizza from dinner last night.

How about pescatarian low carbers?1
-
OK! Pescatarian LC favourite is prawn (shrimp?) and scallops fried in butter and garlic. Once cooked, toss them over either cooked zoodles or Miracle Noodles, not forgetting to pour over your pan juices, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon.....YUM0

I know there was a guy a several months back that posted lots of fish dishes. However, feel free to add your own. The only fish I have posted here was bacon wrapped salmon, so not pescatarian.0 -
