Geez, a foot of a snow is a lot to trek through. Have you tried seeing if maybe you can modify the challenge since it's that bad?

I don't think they'll offer an alternative, they pretty much said do what ya gotta do1 -
I haven't taken the entire day to hit my step goal in a very long time. Oh well, at least I finally hit it. Other than my killer workout this morning, in was kinda a bum today! Tomorrow I'll do better Only 10 points out of first, good work team!3

Haha it ended up being pizza and wings! He's got expensive taste1 -
I did my 5K tonight with hubby. I have continuing education classes tomorrow and Thursday so my schedule will be a little askew. I'm not a morning person so getting my exercise done before class won't work! If nothing else I will do stair stepper at night. Sorry this has to be short I have to get my breakfast made and to bed!3

Hey Team just checking in!! I just looked at the spreadsheet and we are in first place!! WOO!! Hope you are doing well. I've just got back from the Gym (killed it today) and did all my challenge videos. Loved that last one. Stromae is a great French artist I love him and the dancing was fun too. Not too bad on the arms like last weeks videos. Lets get those workouts done!!I am trying hard to make up for my missed workout time on Monday. I might do another Cize video tonight if I can muster up the strength to do more.4

Hi team, I see we're in first place. I got the first 2 challenges done. I think 5 was my favorite dance (I did them Monday night, and I know I liked one of them a lot more than the others). I too am glad no one was watching because I am totally uncoordinated. Once in a live Zumba class I tripped over my feet, and ended up on my butt! I was so embarrassed! I got my walk in last night. The sidewalks were still a little snowy & icy, but I bundled up and actually was pretty warm. I was only at a little over 2 miles when I got back to my street, and it was getting darker, so I just walked up and down the sidewalk on my own street until I hit 3.1 miles. The neighbors probably thought I was crazy. It's supposed to get colder over the next couple of days, so I figured I better get it in. I also went to the gym with my husband. He is a beginner exerciser due to instructions from the doctor, so we only get about 35 minutes in before he's done. He has to work his 2nd job the next 3 nights, so I'll be on my own, and hopefully will get in more time. I got 95 minutes yesterday, but am a little stiff today! Keep up the good work everyone!5

I thought I would include a picture of me from last night trying to get a mile walk in...lol. I will persevere! Go Team 4!12 -
Haha @bowlt
Well, if you saw my status, I'm having a bad day. My 4:00 gym alarm went off, I woke up, and just wasn't feeling it. Went back to sleep, woke up again at 6:30ish and turned on the news and quickly began feeling grateful I didn't go. Roads were slick, lots of accidents. Usually when I don't go in the morning I immediately work on figuring out when another time during the day will work for me. Talk with the hubby, see when he'll be home so he can hangout with Davie, maybe go while Davie's at half day kindergarten, then work from home the rest of the day. Something. Not today. I'm just not feelin it, and I'm thinking its hormones. Reading all your posts has motivated me to at least get something done today. I think it'll be the videos, then I'll get the team some points and also get miles in. I might even ask my son to go outside and do the 5K with me. It's cold, but we can bundle up. He does a good job of motivating me because usually once I bring up working out in any way to him, he's all for it and won't let me change my mind.
Hope you're all having a better hump day than I am3 -
HI team!
I don't think I will make it to the gym today, but I will definitely go for a walk. The sun is shining & it isn't too cold. Just waiting for an electrician go come, then I am heading out. I put my garmin on when I was shovelling this morning, just in case I run out of time.
Awesome job keeping us in 1st place everyone!3 -
Went for a walk this morning and it was cold. Only did half of what I normally do because of it. Glad I've already got my walk challenge done. My husband and I started a 30 day yoga program a few days ago. I'm enjoying it and it's helping me get more minutes. So win win. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!4

I got more of the outside work in at lunch today. Brought all of my warm snow clothes to work, bundled up and went to the cemetery since it is plowed there. Only half mile left to go. I am hoping to get that done tonight. Then I will start to tackle the videos.4

Have not been feeling well since my flight so no running or swimming yet this week. Luckily I have been able to work on videos and cycling and a few walks with the hubby, so minutes aren't too bad so far. Challenge #1 and #2 completed, and doing well toward #3 so far (easier this week as I really have no appetite).5

I don't have school on Wednesdays, so I decided to take my nephew for a stroll around town. He went to sleep not even 5 minutes in. Did a walk around town for like ~48 minutes, then I helped unload a bunch of boxes for my family restaurants truck day. Phew, definitely broke a sweat, so I counted 30 minutes for that.
I hope the team members that aren't feeling 100% feel better! Last I looked, we are still in first place. I'm hoping to top my minutes from last week, let's make this our week guys6 -
Hi team, sorry I was a bit late logging my exercise minutes for Monday and yesterday. Got 100 and 80 minutes respectively and updated our sheet. I believe I went over my calorie goal yeaterday so 1/5 days complete. Hoping to keep to my calorie goal the rest of the week. Taking a break from karate today. My body is screaming at me but will get a walk in at a slower pace to complete challenge 2 and hope to get the dances done tonight as well. Stay strong team!3

The other agent in my office was out today, and I was going crazy sitting at my desk. So I opted for some rearranging. Change is always nice for me in the office, but let me tell you that furniture was a whole lot heavier than it looked. The ginormous printers weren't a treat to move, either. Oh well, gave myself some exercise minutes for it.
The little guy and I just got back from our walk. The sun was peaking through and the wind wasn't too bad, so we're happy!!
I'm gonna do the videos shortly. Getting more minutes in today than I expected in would, yay!
I've been following a blog called Lambert's Lately for some time now. She has this "Monthly Cleaning Schedule" basically breaking down morning and evening tasks that you should do every day, a chore for each day and a room of the week column where you get the nitty gritty of parts of that room each day that week. You know, the things you don't really do when you're cleaning whole house because you're just trying to get it done. I'm on day 3, and it takes me about an hour and a half/day(depending how many times I have to remind little Davie what his share of the tasks are ). I'm hoping once I get in the swing of it I'll get it done quicker and more efficiently. But it doesn't seem so intimidating the way she breaks it down! The room for this week is the kitchen, and I'm only on day 3 and that things looking mighty sparkly and clean! I actually write all of my meals for the week in a planner, and last week I wrote in the cleaning tasks for each day. It makes the room of the week chores easy to maintain and keep track of! And that way I put one big task with some smaller tasks so it isn't too much in one day. And I have it set up so I can get it all done during the week and have minimal cleaning over the weekend it seems like I spend most of my Saturdays cleaning lately so I'm hoping this helps eliminate that! Plus it stops me from coming home and sitting on my booty
Wow, I just really rambled about cleaning haha - sorry!6
