    Challenge # 2: Tuk Tuk to Thailand

    I chose Sabai (Relax) Your Feet challenge from week 4
    I chose this one because I really enjoyed the benefits of the massage when we did it the first time around.

    Challenge # 3: Eat Your Greens!

    I ate spinach, avocados, green grapes, cabbage (I am Irish!), and just in case the cabbage doesn't count as green I also had green beans.

    Tomorrow is the day ladies and gentleman. We won't take the whole challenge from team one but we gave them one hell of a ride !!! Let's see if we can get first place just to show them we can !!!

    CHALLENGE #1: “THE SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB” (1332 Combined Steps Up and Down)
    I completed those on Tuesday or Wednesday.
    I chose that as I thought it would be less of an impact on my hip and I could do it inside as the weather here was very wet and cold.

    I chose "Recovery day Routine" with Jessica and peanut from week 7 jamming to Jamaica!
    I have chosen this because I so enjoy this relaxation routine and have Incorporated this into my weekly routine!

    I ate mixed greens, avocados, celery and a green apple. I usually don't pick green apples, but I really enjoyed this one, so will try them again in the future.

    I was looking at challenge # 2 and thought I could do a 5K walk and see that the walk is a challenge 1 I have to find a challenge #2. Dang!! The sun is shining. I need to just get some walking done and do a challenge #2

    I am picking this because I have been doing weight lifting type workouts the last couple of days and I need to get out and enjoy the sun Great day here in WI.

    Hi there FYI your challenges 2 and 3 are red. You may want to enter them again.

    challenge 2 needs to be one of the challenge 2's from a previous week not a challenge 1.

    and you need to mention it was challenge 3 for the 3rd one.

    This was an easy one today as the weather was early nice so I managed to go for a 5km walk outside in my neighbourhood.
