@blambo61 This happened to me, on the left foot. Coincidently I was in physical therapy for my (right) knee at the time. Physical therapist told me a nerve that runs from my spinal cord down through my foot was getting pinched at the bottom of my foot. He showed me how to do a simple, very gentle stretching exercise. Verrry gentle, because the purpose was to slowly get the nerve running in its groove again, not to annoy or inflame it. Took less than a week to fix it - still OK now after more than a year.
You might try a physical therapist.
That's a good idea, I thought the podiatrist was going to kill me digging his fingers into it! I've had this problem for about a year now.0 -

Way to go!1

Still amazingly consistent . . . 54 lbs loss is a lot! Have you had the experience of picking up something weighing 54 lbs and realizing you used to carry that all the time?
0 -
Amazing results, so consistent.1
-
Thanks guys!!! @leveejohn no I haven't done that yet but that's a good idea1
-
So tonight I ate regular pizza and not low carb and hoping it doesn't make me gain
0 -
I love love love that 2#/wk weight loss you consistently put on your charts. Fantastic work.1
-
If you gain, it is temporary tell the water is gone as long as it wasn't over calorie limits.1
-
You only have 18.5% of what you've already lost, left....how amazing is that??? Not even one fifth!1
-
This is so inspiring!1
-
Your OMAD journey is very inspiring! I'm really impressed by your consistent, linear weight loss. My weight fluctuates a lot, even on a weekly basis. About how much carbs do you consume daily? I'm considering trying low carbon.1
-
Thanks everyone!!! I started out doing very low carb, like under 20 and just a couple weeks ago I started adding in more carbs and It can be anywhere between 50 and 100...It all depends on what I'm feeling like eating for my meal...Like tonight is going to be under 20 carbs because I'm having eggs, meat, cheese and toast with a Salad0
-
No weight loss this week...Walking too much? Eating too many Carbs? Not eating enough calories? So until I lose my last 10 pounds I'm going to eat really low carb but still eat OMAD1
-
Eh, it's a fluke. Your meals are so small! Yet I see a total loss of 54 pounds in 30 weeks. That's HUGE girl! Good work.1
-
You're so close to goal that it's bound to flatten out a bit.
Stay the course and you'll do it.2 -
Thanks guys!!! I'm so close to goal and I'm not going to give up now for sure I just ate my low carb meal and now I'm going to go for a walk
1 -
I think walks are a major thing. Fresh air, sunshine, circulation. The body is made to move.
Compared to everything else I do, walking is a cornerstone0 -
Well I just got some fresh air and sunshine I just took my grandson for a walk and it's 67 degrees outside today and it's about time because it can get pretty boring walking on the treadmill all the time1
-
Fantastic job!1

@jvcinv To answer your question about losing more weight since water fasting...I thought I was but when I look at my numbers not really...Im going to stop doing it once I get to goal, unless I start gaining weight and then I will do it as needed1

It's usually not going to make an actual difference, but it will sure feel like it.1 -
Wow! You are doing fantastic!1

I've done it a couple of times just out of necessity, such as being on the road and not finding the time or place to have a meal, so I just skipped a day. But it didn't seem to make any difference.

10 more pounds to go but I think I've decided not to do the water fast again after I reach goal but I'm so afraid I'm not going to be able to maintain0
