I am off for a four day weekend and most of it will be spent putting information in a journal to prove that I am a good teacher.
Thank goodness for exercise. The all natural way to reduce stress...lol.

Good job EVERYBODY!!!
My knee does ok on the ex bike without using a lot of pressure. Did 5 miles. Tried to do a easy jog & it popped & I dang near hit the floor. Got out the stored crutches & will set up an appointment with an orthopedic specialist. Gosh this getting old just sucks!!! I'm "suppose" to cook Easter dinner!!! LOL

Hi Everyone. I finally get a day off and I get to spend the morning at the dentist. I'm not sure if I can get my jaw to stop aching tonight. I was able to get a nice walk out at the nature center this afternoon though. I enjoyed it but the hills reminded me that I am really out of shape. Only a few more days and things should get calmer.
Added 13.75 more miles since the last time I posted. April total 19.5 miles.

Wow! This month has gotten away from me. I'm adding 26 miles to bring me up to date. It's been a busy month with birthdays, Confirmations, First Communions and this Easter weekend. And can you say rain?? I live in Nebraska but it feels more like the Pacific Northwest. Don't get me wrong because I think it's beautiful country (never been but love the pictures I see!) I just need some sunshine! LOL!
Hope all have a Happy Easter!
