    4 mile wake up.
    Started with 1000 paced warm up.
    3 sets of 2x50 sprint followed by 500 pace. Shaving time off my 50's. was ~45/46. Today was 42/43 seconds
    2x100 Sprint. Another improvement in Personal best 100 today. timed out at 1:32 and 1:33.

    kicked my butt- especially the kick as I am still recovering from Jasper HM.

    Got in the pool and had just finished my warm up when they had to close the pool for thirty minutes. So I really wanted to get my swim in so I went and hung out in the jacuzzi. Has been ages since I have spent time in one, and while it was no overly hot, 30 minutes later I could really feel it when I got back into finish my workout. I have a feeling I will sleep really well tonight.

    -Had to add a 50 of free after each 300m in to relax the shoulder

    200m free cool down. Used it to work on a very slow cycle 3 stroke breathing

    I haven't been logging in here much eventhough I have been chugging along swimming 4 times a week, averaging about 3.5km per session.

    Big news is my daughter is home from University on Easter break and she has been joining me at Masters practice, which has been fun.

    My shoulders are aching today - sore to move and tender to touch. Not sure if that's normal after a racing suit, or if it's from the race pace work yesterday.
