    Took my post race sore legs out for a 2 mile walk. It's lightly raining and I had to detour around two geese and their five new babies but it helped work the kinks out.

    After church I cleaned 4 hrs for my bachelor friend & then got in 10 from the ex bike. Wearing the brace sure does help.

    @vhuber - after church I went to lunch and ate. No wonder you're thinner than I am LOL. It makes me tired just thinking about cleaning for 4 hours and then riding the bike.

    I didn't have any exercise miles today but I did do a lot of house and garden chores so got in a reasonable number of steps. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

    Saturday, I decided the polyurethane I was using to prep pine boards for the ceiling in our new house would look better on the garage floor. There is now a nice shiny spot where my car will sit.

    3.4 miles during Boot Camp and doing some treadmill walking since it's the National Step contest week and I'm signed up at the gym. I get a tee shirt out of it.
