    Day 25:
Down 1lbs. I think it doesn't reflect the work, but I'm down.
Exercise: tons and tons of walking plus house work! Busy day of errands.
Meal: BBQ chicken breast, side noodle/veggie dish and Caesar salad.
Feeling: tired. I get approximately 5 hours sleep a night, wish it was more but it's not.

    Day 28:
I'm going to kill the weight loss thing this week! I have 2 weeks of catching up to do and this is the week!
Exercise: make 10k steps, yoga and some weights. I'm also going to do about an hour of just dance with my son! All that coupled with some major house work.
    Meal: burger and fries homemade
    Feeling: empowered!
We got this, there is no room for pity parties when it's our lives on the line.

    Day 29:
Woke up fairly refreshed this morning. Still less sleep then I would like, but not bad either.
Meal: BBQ chicken, scalop potatoes and salad.
Exercise: just dance, lots of housework, weights and yoga.
Feeling: alright. Gonna fight back against my damn scale! There is no reason it's not moving much.

    Day 30
Still discouraged with the scale, but dive a lot of activity. I know I'm carrying water weight, my feet are very swollen!
Meal: steak, coleslaw and rice topped with an ice cream cone
Exercise: tons of walking and house chores
    Feeling: exhausted

I already have 4 cups of water in. I plan on drinking much more today.
Meal: sausage on a bun, coleslaw and tater tots.
Exercise: just dance, walking and some yoga.
Feeling: encouraged. I plan on making my goal this month and with 2 weeks to go, I'm cutting it close, but I will!

    Day 32:
Had a mid term exam today, so didn't get as much walking in this morning as I would have liked. It's ok. A loss of 2lbs this week. Still not reflective but I'll take it.
Meal: lasagna and Caesar salad. It's splurge day so will probably have more.
Exercise: copious amounts of walking. Just dance and yoga
Feeling: blah. I'm exhausted, but we have a long weekend this weekend so 3 sweet days of sleeping in. 7-7:30am wake up is very sweet for someone who is up at 4:30 every day.

Ok I think. It will be a couple of weeks before I get the results. And then just in time for my next exam. This one was weighted the least, so I'm not too worried about it. The next one though I have to be better prepared for.

Two-lbs in a week is good IMO!

Good luck dearest. I think you'll be an awesome psychologist!

    Day 33:
Well my man is sick and my kids are full of "what can I do to piss off mom?" Moodiness.
Meal: as long as it has one recognizable ingredient and it's edible, anything goes
Exercise: chasing, swatting and medicating in the house of horrors
    Feeling: need you ask?
See you on the flip side peeps!

    That's a great loss!

I always count on the 8 to 10-hour mark after my daily meal to expect hunger high to re-absorb me into ultra-functionality. I love taking tests in the state of flow!

With all that you do, you are going to be as skinny as a rail. And the kids get better, at least they did for me.
