Misdiagnosis is not uncommon. Get this checked out by someone different, for sure.0 -
So far so good on my OMAD/JUDDD eating plan...I lost 1 pound the first week but I think it would have been more if I hadn't gained so much from my 2 splurge days on the weekend
On my down days I keep it simple and eat 3 eggs with cheese on toast.
A sample meal for an up day would be Cereal and toast...Italian Sausage wrap with cheese, peppers and onions, lettuce and sour cream...Popcorn with butter and coconut oil.
My carb count is 9 on down days and anywhere between 100 and 150 on my up days.1 -
Went for a 50 minute walk outside with my grandson and it was 78 and sunny I didn't feel a popping in my hips so hoping my Lymes flare up is gone1

I'm so happy for you, Brenda! You've been so consistent over your journey, it's great to see how fantastic you've done by just being regular. Takes a while, but slow and steady helps to build up a great habit--habits even.1
