I was brought up to eat everything on my plate and I believe that is one of the reasons I became overweight So this is why OMAD works so well for me, I can eat everything on my entire plate and not feel guilty about it4

Yeah...food is so related to early programing as kids... plus if you have had some childhood trauma in what Freud called the oral phase there would be some big possibilities for food adictions and disorders. Not that I fully resonate with Freud´s material but I do resonate with the phases of development and how when we "fail"to integrate those experiences we develop issues. Food issues so much related to childhood and childhood so much related with programing and not so good programing btw.0

I'm still new at the calculations.. BMR, TDEE, ect. I'm confused especially because different sites tell me different numbers. I've set my calories at 1500. I'm 5'4", 114.8lbs now. I want to maintain. Are my calories enough, not enough? I am lightly active and I also try to jog 3-4x week plus light weights.0

For lightly active the calorie number I get from MFP is 1590 so that should be good for you so what I would do if you are going to count calories I would slowly add in more and if you start gaining just cut back.
I counted calories when I first started maintenance but I hated it and now I'm just doing the Bear Maintenance Plan that Joe talks about in one of his maintenance journals...Its my first week and I will let you know tomorrow how it works out for me...If you want to know about this plan here's a link
