This is where you can check in daily or as often as you want. For me, it helps to get on every day and post what I did for my workout, but you are welcome to post whatever you would like and helps you.

Day 27: today was supposed to me day 27 for me so that's where I am starting. My daughter has a bad cold and kept me up a lot last night. So trying to workout today was rough. I had to dig deep but I was able to get my workout done. I am following a Zumba DVD program and today was my zumba express video (25 minutes).2

Happy Sultry Saturday Workout Queen!
Can you share a more about your 100 day challenge...I am interested in joining it. Thank you1 -
Thanks for creating this thread, @valangel1902! I'm picking up also where I left off. Yesterday was Day 26 for me, and I spent two hours - yep, 120 minutes - walking thru the Market. Kind of sore today, so I know I'll do some stretching later, and probably another walk.2

@VibrantKai We would love to have you. All you do is any workout that you like to do, every day. It can be anything you want and however long you want. The goal is to just get some sort of workout in every day for 100 days.

This group looks like just the encouragement I need to remember to exercise each day. My 100 days will begin today and end on November 30th. After reading the linked article, I guess I need to take my "before" picture today. I think that picture will be a nice reminder to work hard for my "after" picture on November 30th.
I will use this last 10 days of August to get an idea for a monthly goal to add for September.
@valangel1902 Thank you for putting this group together.3 -

@valangel1902 Thank you for putting this group together.
It helped me so much! Some days are hard but I make myself do it even if it's a small amount at least it's movement it's always nice to have a before picture to compare with. I will probably do another at the halfway mark too.1 -
Day 28: today was my Latin burst Zumba DVD (33 minutes). I had a hard time finishing as my daughter still isn't feeling good and was screaming at me the entire workout wanting to be held but I was able to get through it!2

Day 31: 35 minute brisk walk. I noticed some of our trees are starting to change; yay! I love autumn, it's my favorite season.2
-
Day 32: attempted to walk outside again (still a little hot for me in the 80s can't wait until it gets to the low 70s over night). I pushed myself to do 36 minutes and I am planning on taking my daughter and the kids I watch swimming today. It's nice to see I have been improving. When I first started walking back in may, before it got too hot, I could barely handle 15 minutes and would be so sore the rest of the day I couldn't handle doing anything else. Now I can handle more and able to do more throughout the day not in pain0
