5'5" and 28 years old. First time doing low carb/keto ever. I started on Monday after being stuck on a plateau for the past 2 months.

Heaviest recorded weight: 186.6 (Feb 2016)
    Plateau weight: 179 (Sept 9 - Nov 13, 2017: 1lbs away from obese BMI = scary)
    CW: 178 (Nov 15, 2017) I've broken through!

GW#1: 149 (healthy BMI for my height)
    UGW: 130

My normal weigh-in day is Saturday, but I was just so excited to see if I was having any results. I know it's super early days, but this has made me really hopeful.

Wow, took a while to recover from Thanksgiving, but moving in the right direction. Now to stay the course over Christmas. I took some measurements this morning, which I haven't done in a few years, so I can look for the NSV's as well!

Only 2 pounds difference.. with a diet break thrown in there. No one ever talks about feeling self conscious after losing weight. I honestly feel more insecure now than ever before. I’m obviously going for an extreme lean and unmaintanable body fat percentage by competing..but just wanted throw my pictures up to show how only 2 pounds can bring changes. Don’t get so hung on the scale.

2 pounds and progressive lifting. Yes? @LolaDeeDaisy23

Looking good! When is your 1st competition? Is your husband still on the keto bandwagon after your bodypods?

Thank you! Yes lifting 5 days a week. I'm exhausted. I want another break already :frowning: And yes he is still going strong on keto. So far he has lost 5 pounds and 4 cm in his midsection..he might have lost more but he didn't actually track his weight and measurements until last Monday 2/5. I am so so proud of him. Not only is he determined to change his way of eating but he's consistently lifting heavy too.
