HAPPY NEW YEAR! Did keto in August lost weight but didn't stick too it- ready to commit!

I'm in. Started 6 days ago. Down 6.2 pounds so far.
I turn 40 on the 25th and am pushing to lose as much as possible by then. My goal is 165 or less by Dec 31st 2018. Sooner would be better. Love keto can't believe I quit a year ago and regained a bunch. Dumbest thing I've ever done probably. Back to a healthy me!

Helloooooooooooooooo January!!! I'm so excited for this year and month! I weighed in and was exactly where I was aiming to be today. I'm thrilled! Goals this month: Never see 200s AGAIN!! Increase intensity in workouts. Continue getting better sleep. Take time out for myself every day. Keep it Keto!

ok, new post didn't post my weight goals on the first one Although I am not new to Myfitnesspal, I was forced to start a new one since it's been a while. I had Gastric Bypass in 2008 and lost 175 lbs, and since then I have gone up and down in weight. In May 2016, I was able to have my apron removed (Panniculectomy) that was 16 lbs of skin gone after surgery. And this past year in May I had my breast reduction done. The main reason I went ahead and did this is that in November 2014 I broke one of the hardest bones to break in your back. and the pull of the weight on my front side was causing me to lean forward so the surgery was necessary for me at the time, so I could get to moving again. I am happy to say that the excess skin removal did help with this issue and I could tell a difference even in balance. So anyway here I am , and I am excited to get started with all of ya;ll and try to get the rest of this weight off.
Goal weight 160lbs.
Starting Weight 258 ( December 28th,2017)
Current Weight 252 ( January 1st, 2018)

Happy New Year!
I packed on the holiday water weight with 9 days of off plan eating while travelling. I'm headed home now and back on the keto bandwagon. My goal for January is to lose the holiday weight and get back under 250. Also to get more activity in with my new Fitbit!

I’m in! I’ve been Keto since August 2016. For the last 6 months I have not been logging. It was driving me a bit batty. I’m ready to start logging again. I’ve lost 50lbs in the last 16 months. This year I’d like to lose another 20 to 30 lbs. I need to start exercising. I’ve a Garmin if anyone wants to Connect, DM me.0

Well I lied... i totally cheated for 3 days. And now I feel miserable!!! I am excited to eat keto again lol. I feel so much better. I way prefer eating healthier it makes me feel so much better!!!1

Hi, there! I had two babies 2016-2017 and am looking to lose 35-40 pounds. In the past, I found that low-carb helped me lose weight, so here I am.
I've started yesterday and know that will need a community to keep it going since my home isn't diet friendly(junk food everywhere).
