No gym for me today. It is snot freezing cold out and I’m not dealing with bundling the three kiddos to go out. SO, I found some classes on YouTube and will do those. Stay warm.2

I don't know where you are, but here we have two $10 a month options, and I belong to one of them, but I chose the $20 a month plan for the 24 hour access. Hope you find one!0 -

exercise: no, (nothing intentional just for exercise although I did walk quite a bit) i always figure that I'll do it later in the day but I think I should just try to move up my exercise to as early as possible because otherwise I won't get to it. I'll try that approach today.

Good Morning Guys:)
I am away this weekend. I am going to try to make good food choices....
I was in such a rush leaving yesterday I forgot to make the wraps for lunch. We got stuck in some crazy traffic as the highway was closed due to a car accident, and it took an extra 2 hours to get to Perth, So we got McDonalds and I had about 1000 calories too many for the day lol.
So back to the good food choices today lol.1
