    Looking forward to the weekend. We have finally had some rain and a break from the heat. Hope those of you in the big snow bluzzard are ok, the imiges we have seen on the news is just amazing.

    No gym for me today. It is snot freezing cold out and I’m not dealing with bundling the three kiddos to go out. SO, I found some classes on YouTube and will do those. Stay warm.

    I don't know where you are, but here we have two $10 a month options, and I belong to one of them, but I chose the $20 a month plan for the 24 hour access. Hope you find one!

    Track: yes. every last bite.
    exercise: no, (nothing intentional just for exercise although I did walk quite a bit) i always figure that I'll do it later in the day but I think I should just try to move up my exercise to as early as possible because otherwise I won't get to it. I'll try that approach today.

    Good Morning Guys:)
    I am away this weekend. I am going to try to make good food choices....
    I was in such a rush leaving yesterday I forgot to make the wraps for lunch. We got stuck in some crazy traffic as the highway was closed due to a car accident, and it took an extra 2 hours to get to Perth, So we got McDonalds and I had about 1000 calories too many for the day lol.
    So back to the good food choices today lol.
