Hello Keto Squad!! With the challenge growing so much, I thought it would be helpful if we had a spreadsheet to easily track our weigh-ins. I know I personally don't enjoy scrolling through the pages on Sunday to find my last post/stats to copy n paste. This should make it easier to see our loss as the month goes on, and every month the weeks will be added and the total weight loss tallied.

The spreadsheet has 5 sheets. Find a space and add your name and weigh-ins so far. For those unfamiliar, Google will automatically save anything you enter. Happy Logging!!!

Hello, new around here. May I join in? I did keto last summer-fall (following facebook groups + a personal group) then the Holidays got to me and now I want to start over. I lost about 20 lbs back then and got sooo close to my goal. I have about 15ish to lose. Keto was so good to me and my type 2 diabetes and overall health that I need to get back to it. I need to be around active people or else I'll fail. ;)

Welcome, welcome! Just post your weight or find Nikki's spread sheet and add your name and weight!

Ok gang, I'm in too! I'm really discouraged right now as I've been in ketosis for about a month and have not lost one ounce of weight! I work out a few times a week, track calories and macros, intermittent fasting 18:6, I don't know what else to do but keep plugging away and maybe eventually my body will figure it out. I need to lose at least 25 pounds, more would be better but it's a start. Hopefully I can lose 10 this month.

    1/1 - 175
    1/7 - 174.5
    1/14 -
    1/21 -
    1/28 -
    1/31 - GW 165

Weighed in Sunday. Well, half a pound is something I guess. Sure wish I could lose it faster.

Yes. This doesn’t surprise me. I’ve been at this weight for a few months. Up and down the same few lbs for weeks on end...

I thought I had introduced myself but I can't find my original post and my app was bugging so maybe it didn't go through.
I was keto before and lost 30lbs+. But I started a new medication and gained a lot of weight since then. I also fell in love with this guy who is an AMAZING cook so...yeah. Eating was/is fun

@cbishop7777 and @Shortontime hey, slow and sure can win the race.......just stick to it and check you are logging your food correctly, sometimes the data base in dreadfully inaccurate, so check everything you are eating and make your own database to use under my menu or frequent foods, even if it says it thinks it has that already ignore and say it's new then add your accurate items. That's what I've done, not that I've lost a lot recently but I do know and accept why!!!

So i went to the ER this weekend. My flank pain has been unreal! I truly feel it's in my kidneys. It's been 3 months of this. I can't sleep at night. It's much better when I'm up and awake but bed time is miserable. They did an ultrasound, and said no kidney stones, no gallbladder issues. They say drink water, and stay hydrated. Which I drink a lot of water! So i am kicking my coffee habit.. and jist drinking water. But I am still in a lot of pain. There is just no possible way that NOTHING is wrong. I'm not exactly sure what to do. I am thinking about making an appointment with a gastroenterologist. I'm so discouraged tho. I feel like they think I'm crazy. But this pain is not in my head, I WANT to sleep....
Sorry I'm just venting lol. But if anyone has had experience with this please let me know. I had these symptoms before starting Keto but they have gotten worse. I dont know whether my kidneys are just in overdrive or what. The only thin i can come up with on my own is to flush my system!!

Newbie here. Just started keto 5 days ago though I've been on MFP off and on for about 2 years now. I should mention that I am eating at maintenance as I am breastfeeding and hoping that will be enough deficit without lowering my milk supply. Good luck everyone!

    Weighing in!

    SW 249.9
    GW 130.0
    12/31: 227.0
    1/7: 223.8

NICE!!! Excellent weight loss! Keep it going!

Thank you! I'm a bread lover and going keto has been so difficult for me, but it's been very helpful for my arthritis so I'm sticking to it!

There's a great recipe on Diet Doctor for a keto Almond bread, I use it all the time, easy to do and tastes great!

I'll have to try that one. I'm using fathead pizza dough, modified for rolls, at the moment...and it's wonderful. I've never had a diet food taste so good, or so like the real thing, lol.

@JoannaVenuto - The best part of having an amazing cook in the house is experimenting with fantastic new recipes, as long as he's open minded and understands ingredients! <3

I’ve had a great start to the New Year! I’m feeling so much better eating Keto. The cravings are gone, the bloat is gone and I have so much more energy.

So glad to know I'm not the only one that's taking forever to respond to the keto lifestyle. I need to be more diligent in logging food, I know. I'll make that a goal this week. Thank you for the encouragement, chinatown!

Haidee, this sounds serious. I'm not a medical professional, but that kind of pain is not normal and I think you should not try to fix it yourself just trying diet changes. I would recommend you either find a reputable wholistic chiropractor or an internal specialist. Your body is trying to tell you something!

I agree!!! I have been in so many times to be told nothing is wrong. It so frustrating. I'm gonna call a specialist today and see what I can do.
