Morning all, I apologise for being absent. It's my first week back at school and I've had a manic week. Late night concerts with the children singing etc
Anyway, everyday I have exercised and stayed on track! I am going to incorporate gym exercise as of this weekend as well. It;s getting closer and closer to my 40th birthday and I want at least another 2 stone down!3 -

Sadly I've been unable to source some scales so I'm logging the same as last week. I have no idea where I might be today as it's been a real mix of good and bad this week, got two runs in totalling over 10k but seeing family and friends has meant some over indulgence too... Have been logging as close as I can! I miss doing my own meal prep so I know exactly what I'm eating and drinking.6 -

I worked out 6 days this week.. well I still need to work out tonight and I will... but it was HARD at the end of the week. My cravings were getting out of control... to the point I wondered if my cycle was starting. UGH LOL Anyhoot, down 2.8 which is awesome!
If I can keep this up I will reach my 10 pound goal for January.. I just have to resist my cravings and work out... ALSO resist going to IHOP even though they play the all you can eat pancakes promotion.. like every second LOL THE STTRRRUUUGGGLLLEEE LOL7 -

Travelling interstate for a meeting tomorrow. 4 hours one way for 2 hour meeting, then 4 hours back. <sigh>

Okay im really struggling plus everyone is sick not me but with my son sneezing right into my mouth twice.......
Son croup and the bottom. Daughter the bottom half. My husband Malaria last does of meds so on the mend. Wholly laundry.......I need a holiday from the holiday sickies or since October we've been hit with all.4 -
Sorry to hear @jenjournaljunkie hope everyone recovers soon and you escape unscathed! Sometimes life happens, try to sneak in some rest (and fluids) and stay healthy.4

Thank you for your incouragement. The kids are in the tub at least I don't have to entertain there. I just have to sit beside them they are now lifeguards.2

Not as good of a loss as I hoped! Sorry the the delay posting again.
Good news is I am starting a new workout and nutrition plan so I am getting back on track. I'm usually horrible and meal planning alone, so meal prepping has always been out for me!! Not this time! Major meal prepping g just happened!!
