This week's weight: 190.0 lbs
This is the lowest I have ever gotten in any of my weight loss attempts. I have 12 pounds to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight from 17 years ago. I have a feeling I might actually get there this time round and also lose the extra 30 or so pounds I was carrying around back then.6 -

ETA: Sorry guys, I hope I have the week right. I has been a personal struggle with so much going on. Tracking has been good, although a lot of days I'm a little over. Water and exercise not so much. We got the news that another of my brothers is very sick. Stage 3 kidney cancer that moved to stage 4. Trying to coordinate with the rest of the family, so we can travel to see him. It is not good. Will post when/as I can. Any good thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
