    As Week 3 is coming to a close, it's a good time to reflect and think about what were your strengths and opportunities. In that spirit I ask:

    What were your Non-Scale Victories this week?

    And once again I am having a hard time answering my own question and this week was a bit tough on me and went by super slow. I think that my victory is that despite my tough week, I didn't lose sight of my goals and didn't give in and still went to the gym 3 days this week, which in reality is only one day shy of my goal, but I'm changing my program starting tomorrow so I'm taking today as rest, so I guess 3 days is my goal this week.

    I have had a crazy week this week, but I am home and ready to get back into it. I was on family vacation and my scales did not come with, They werent invited lol.
    I will see a gain this week, But am now back to weighing and measuring everything :)

    Yea I gain weight but it's from all the birthday celebration I am doing playing catch up from when I've sick and I am planning to go to the spa then head out over to Applebee's to chow down tomorrow as well so hopefully I'll get back on track after that

    On another note my therapist have me writing in my journal, another strategize move to help me focus on the Innerman that keeps wanting me to chow chow and chow down om food that is not remotely good for me.
