    I hadn't posted my weight this week (see I'm confused!), but I did weigh. Rather than spread my confusion around, I'd be happy to do a start weight this Saturday. If you want to have Monday's weight, it was 192.8. I'm good either way - just don't want to spread my confusion around! ;)

    We'll stick with Monday this week, but we'll start the Saturday's next week for next month's challenge. Seems easier.

    Day: 137 minutes of activity today, including 67 minutes of weight training. Man am I beat today. But on a positive note, my house is super clean!!

    Calories: Nope, ate a little too much, but in my defense, I was hungry and only went over by a little, okay, a little more than a little.
    Exercise: Yes--67 minutes weight training, 10 minutes cardio-warm up, cool down, and a boat load of intense house cleaning!
    Water Intake: 99 oz

    Argh.. dangitt. Distracted by my housemates coming home from holidays, I managed to forget to log a big 210cal coffee.. Only noticing after dialing my dinner in to the exact target I was aiming for. Came in under MFP's net goal just fine, but over my own personal goal for the first time in a month. And it had to be the day before weigh in too..
    Meh, who am I kidding, I haven't lost anything all week again lol.

    Oh well, I should know by now.. Log it when it happens.

    Went over on my calories, but I have no regrets. hahaha I was hungry in the afternoon and needed a snack. And dinner was DELICIOUS. So whatever. Guess I will be on the stairs all day today! haha

    Nope, we're still in the January challenge until Sunday--Sunday is the official start date for February. All of the Biggest loser challenges run Sunday to Saturday so they may not line up perfectly with the beginning and end of the months.

    This is the last week for the January weigh in. So for January Week 5, you would post it here. January Challenge ends on Saturday, Feb. 3. :):)

    No, your weight this week will be your starting weight for Feb, the day doesn't matter.
