I'm gonna drop that quote from Fyreside right here.
I actually have it printed and on my computer screen so I see it every day.
Discipline is choosing between what you want now, and what you want most.

I love this. And when I really want that unhealthy snack, I read this. What do I want most? I want to not be overweight/obese anymore. I want to get to a healthy weight. I want to feel better about myself.
The unhealthy food that put me over my calories, will make me happy for maybe 20 minutes. And I will beat myself up for it for the next week. Is it really worth it?

    Exercise yes. Walking 20 min.
Intermittent fasted for 22 hrs. We went out to dinner and had ribs, steak and a small salad. I did not touch the chips or bread. Went to a meeting early at the Marriott and had coffee with cream! I wanted to resist the cream but could not. I did resist the empanadas, the muffins, the fruit tarts, and all the fattening goodies. I could not have any as my window opens at 4or 5 pm. For desert I had a cup with fresh berries and whipped cream when I got home and then I closed my window. I am allowed cream in my window. I feel satisfied. I hope it was enough good choices and not too much food.

Happy Fridays eve! Had a fantastic tuna dinner. Miss-calculated the calories a little but I adjusted the recipe so I won’t go over again
Track: Yup, ended a little over but it should not be a problem. I have been under several other days.
Exercise: nope, but I should have but I enjoyed relaxing after the dinner
    Water Intake: 72 oz -ish.

A little over doesn't hurt especially when you have a good week

School vacation week but I spent the day in the classroom. I'm about to start a month of hell. Didn't track food but I did get in an hour of lifting at the gym. My knee is still hurting from Wednesday's bike ride. If I can just maintain and keep my head above water these next few weeks, I think I'll be happy.

Day/Goals: Had a great day. Hit a new PR for Clean and Jerk (105lb) and then another PR for Cleans (115lb). Really happy with my weightlifting progress. Going to work on getting 125 over my head so I can get a higher jerk next. I'm excited for the next 4 weeks. Also did my measurements today and I'm down another 2% in my body fat. I am really excited. Also, my family emergency was finally cleared up. It's just been a great day. Yay.

So messed up as I went to a Mexican party and ate cookies. I chose every thing, carefully avoiding tortillas and then the Mexican cookies came out and out the will power went out the window.

Seems that the more I try to harder it is.. can’t seem to find the balance to do the right things. I am tired and I use that as excuse of not going to the gym. My goal was that by mid April to be at 190 and I am not sure if this will happen.

Being sick isn’t helping staying home and eating anything in sight. Haven’t been to the gym this week. Trying not to get anyone else sick.

So I didn't wait in last week and I kept my previous weight but it turns out when I came back from vacay I actually gained 5 lb cuz I weighed myself the day I came back but I am pleased to say since Tuesday evening I have lost which is great it means I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. I don't know if I mentioned it before but I joined the healthywage that actually was talking about so I'm betting against myself to lose 199 lb and then next 18 months. So here's my results so far in the picture above and it's a great way to verify your weight so which makes it even more perfect as honesty is the key to losing weight you're only cheating yourself.

Being such a sick is never easy especially when your kitchen is full. I hope you feel better real soon so you can get back at it

April is still a ways you got this just keep striving for what we have our ups and we have our gals but as long as we don't give up and we keep pressing our way then everything will work out remember don't look at the ending just take one day at a time sometimes one meal at a time whatever it takes to get you through just stay in encouraged we're rooting for you
