    @craigo3154 . I’m leaving on a cruise next week I can do my weigh in on Saturday . I leave that morning. I won’t be having a scale or internet til the following Saturday. Oh my how will I survive.

    @Jaynee1961. Log Saturday's (24th) weight as Monday's (26th) for the following week.

    That should the last weight in for February. This will also be your starting weight for March (should you choose to remain in TBL).

    While on the cruise; enjoy yourself, try eat in moderation (avoid too many quadruple desserts :) ) and keep active. Don't worry about weight. Just have a great time (the internet will still be there when you get back, the world can wait).

    This week has been killer for me, I think alot of this maybe water weight, but either way, I am learning to not pay as much attention to the scale and take one day at a time.

    Run Track Minds came in first place for week 3!

    Our very own @Winnie_Cooper was 3rd for Biggest Loser Individual.
