My goals for this week:
1. Log daily and stay within my calorie goal
2. At least 7 hours of sleep each night
3. At least 30 minutes of daily exercise (some type of activity)
4. Have a menu plan and prepare meals at home
5. Remember to take my vitamins daily
This may seem like a long list of goals. But it's what I'm truly focused on this week in order to reach my bigger goals. So far, for 2018, I'm officially 2.5 pounds behind what my personal goal weight was for today's weigh-in. I would like to see that back on track as I move on with the rest of the year. As I've heard it said many times, "If what you're doing isn't working, then you need to change something!" So this week, I will be kicking it up a bit. I've gotten much more comfortable with the good habits that have been formed. Now it's time to take it up a notch!
It may seem like a long list on the surface, but really it's the minimum of what we all strive for; logging, staying under, paying attention to nutrition, some exercise, and adequate rest. Good luck on your goals!!1 -

Also slept great last night and had a plan for dinner. Unfortunately, I just realized that I never did take my vitamins today.2 -
I walk somewhere between 3-6 miles a day everyday. I have an active dog so he helps keep me motivated. I also drink lots of water all day. I try to not eat after 8. It all seems to be working2 -

If the only thing you "didn't" do today was take your vitamins, then you are having a good day!!1 -

I don’t I have a Fitbit but I have a Apple Watch. Today’s total steps 11,9302 -
I like the idea of the step challenge. I have an Apple Watch that I have used for tracking calories burned during workouts, and for a few other things, but I have never paid much attention to steps.
Today I have 7579, which includes my workout of 30 min tabata/30 min yoga.
I normally never wear my watch when I’m at home so it’s kinda bugging me but I think I’ll get used to it

Hello, I have been AWFUL not logging in everyday. I just saw the step challenge and want in. A day late but I'm still going to do this and hopefully it will get me back on track. I wear my Fitbit every day so can give you my step count for Monday. Unfortunately, I gave myself a break on Monday so don't have very many. It's supposed to be an awesome day today, sunny and warm, so plan to get out and get some steps. Good luck everyone - let's see those step totals posted here. Remember, the more steps you get, the more smart calories you get.4
