    Even though I got home late tonight, I made sure to jump on the treadmill to get my exercise in for the day.

    Just finished lifting. Squats and deadlifts, and gym is two flors down. Can barely walk right now, but good to be done.

    I did 2 hours of high impact cardio yesterday, and a 3 mile walk. I am feeling it today!
