I will look for it! I was just lamenting the fact that I will never be able to eat Chinese again unless I make it. I bet that will help scratch the itch!

Nice whoosh! Looks yummy! I have seen you mention those wings before. Is it like a salt and vinegar dry rub? I love salt and vinegar chips and am wondering if that could help scratch that itch.

I get them from the walmart deli. I believe it is a rub.

OMG that wing flavor sounds awesome. I may have to try to recreate it. I haven't seen them at Walmart here.

Are they breaded (I can't really tell by the pic, but they look like they are)? There isn't a Walmart near me, but I would make the trip!
If not, I may get some of the S&V rub from B-Dub's and make my own so I can avoid the wheat and carbs :p

They are not breaded. I may have to check out the B-Dubs rub to make my own as well. The air fryer does some good wings and I can just add the rub.

Thanks everyone. So far this week is going as planned. My goal for the week is to have a loss each day. In the past i have had good losses and then one day I go off plan and have a gain. Not this week, losses every day for this girl. Sticking with my newest plan and so far it is working.
