    I am hoping to be there soon too! but its going to take me another month. YOU can do it! :)

    @nebslp I got your inbox I will post it here for you, update the spreadsheet and will check with our admins to see if they have suggestions of things to do te resolve the issue.
    Yes stress is a big thing for all of us. Maybe try some meditation with the app the @JulieAL1969 was suggesting, even a little 5 mins in the morning or at lunch time. You have this :) Let's all set goals for May

    Hey everyone -- I completely fell apart this week. Work stress led to bad food choices which led to stress about making bad food choices which led to more bad food choices. Pulling myself out of the spiral and getting back on track. Sorry for letting the team down but I'll do better in May.

    Week 1 : 311.4 (up one pound -- too much Easter)

    Week 2 : 307.6 (a lot more focus this week provides a much better result. Now the trick is to do it two weeks in a row)

    Week 3 : 306.6 (a good week of tracking, a little up and down but overall down 1 pound for the week. Looking forward to finishing April strong.)

    Week 4: 309.8 (ICK!!)

    I haven't tracked my food this week. But I have been very busy with the garden and trying to be on the go as much as possible. Really not sure what tomorrow will show in the numbers.

    Oh WOW! I had the biggest weight loss in week 3??!! This group totally motivates me cause I know I have to weigh in and want to help the group do well! Thank you so much! I’m glad I found you! I am trying to track my macros and stick as close to them as possible. I also started reducing my intake of fruit a little cause I LOVE fruit and eat way too much and I’m also trying to stay away from refined sugars. It’s tough but once you know what you can eat it’s much easier and you feel so much better!!

    This is not the best week though but I think I just got an extra boost of motivation from this group today and my activity level is going to increase cause mountain bike season just started!! Bring on May! Woohoo!

    I'm so happy because today I weighed at 193.2 again so now I feel I've got myself back on track. Now for dinner I did have a fairly salty meal but I'm not sure how much water I'd be retaining if any..........so we'll see what our friend Bathroom Scale has to say....
