 Today is my oldest's 8th birthday! We celebrated yesterday at a park so I spent a lot of time pushing kids in swings, helping them down slides, etc.1

 We ran side by side. He decided he wanted to join me on this race. He used to be a runner and wanted to see if he could still do it.0

 Heading in the right direction. I have not quite gotten back into my workout routine, but I'm trying to get back on track with eating. That is what I'm going to focus on this week. Focusing on meal prepping and CICO.
