I'm guestimating 17.04 using my phone.
My dashboard hasn't been working for the past couple days. I contacted FitBit and they say some users(not many) are having an issue. I should buy a lottery ticket.

Even the announcers were talking about how difficult it was to announce for three stages that were that boring.
Yeah I heard that it was totally boring. I just feel that if you travel that far, one rest day is not enough0 -

@2ESSIE - Thank you! I sure am proud of him. And he cleans up pretty well. Wish I still looked that good in a suit!
I got to the gym this morning for 6 miles on the exercise bike. While riding, I decided that I'm going to focus more on the treadmill and running again so I needed to adjust my goal downward a little so I don't stress too much about that and feel like I have to ride the bike when I really need to run.

Hubby and I were able to get a couple of hikes in the last two days, so my miles look great. Today we went to Blue Knob State Park in Pennsylvania and I chose a "moderately difficult" trail. Well, that might be "moderately difficult" if I were in reasonable shape, but I am still in post tax season fluffiness, so there was no moderate for me. I was at the point of 10 steps, rest, 10 more steps, rest again to get up the final parts of the hill. Glad I did not know my heart rate, I'm sure it was not in a good place. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stay somewhat fit when working 80-100+ hours multiple weeks in a row? I know I am not the only one here that has to figure out how to balance this moving thing with the rest of life. I don't want to be back in this place next year if I can help it, honestly it was a little scary realizing how out of shape I am right now.
Did add 7 miles yesterday and 5.75 miles today for a May total of 43 miles. Looks like I may need to up my goal when I get back home.
