Doing really well this week, even with some extreme family issues.
Actually, I have great pride in staying on course. First time in a long time.
OMAD gives a baseline of control. When life is chaotic, having “diet” in check takes away a major worry, imho.
I’m using a wider window to eat, but the same amount of food. 4 OMAD days, 2 four- hour windows. Tomorrow will be OMAD, a rich and awesome meal.

OMAD is awesome for feeling in control. Theres no guesswork about eating this or that food or having to eat a particular amount, it's so easy just delaying eating, then eating whatever and then stopping.1

Right. I’m currently tracking food intake more as accountability.
“Oh crap, I would have to log this snack!”
Also lets me know if I need more veggies, fat, etc. Fiber is important.
However, it is unnecessary.
I try to track electrolytes and my deficient vitamins as well.
My main issue is being sure to eat enough to satisfy until the next day.

Well, I had no loss or gain this week.
235lbs this morning, 4/29.
38lbs lost!
My first potential plateau. No biggie.
Guess it isn’t truly a plateau unless I reach 2-3 weeks.
Looking back, I didn’t stick to the plan as well as possible. Was a crazy week. These were situations where I smacked constantly, in the past.
Going to really buckle down tomorrow and set a solid pattern for May.

You have got this! Staying the same is no biggie, you can move on!
Stay strong!1 -
Maintaining in the face of stress is a win, I figure!1

Well, I'm down 1lb this week and have been experimenting with calories and weight training.
It's all good, believe my system has been hammered out!1 -
I agree with everyone else! I am never able to maintain during really stressful times, so you are doing great with actually losing!0

One pound is pretty sweet!0

Doing well! A bad day or two doesn't have to derail us like you know. Just get back at it and you will get there. You've made great progress already!1

Well, I needed a reboot, like this past February. Too much food volume, I believe...
Just feeling heavy, even with plenty of veggies.
So, I’m working on my 25th hour of an electrolyte mixture water fast. I’ll break it tomorrow night. So strange, gives me a high of sorts!
Think I’ll be doing this once a month.

great job, way to stay in control during stressful times. I have been having a teaspoon of sea salt during fasting and it is really helping me feel better, i was becoming low on electrolytes myself I found out. mainly sodium. I have been eating avocado and dark leaves for magnesium and potassium.0

Good luck!0

Yep, your keto style will drain electrolytes! I try to eat plenty of greens, but you know...dkayingram wrote: »Good luck!
Thank you, the water fast went well. Full of energy today!0 -
Having a minor procedure performed today, had to fast for around 24 hours - so I bet my weight is down tomorrow significantly.1

I hope your procedure went well!0

I'm still fasting, food would just put my pressure on my abdomen.0 -
How are you feeling?0
