And I appear to have lost 1 lb.
Spring, here we come! No temptations today, M and M still on vacation and Mikes got a cold, so I jumped on the scales early!

I lost a pound and I'm back to pre Christmas weight.
It's a little more than I'd like but my body seems happy at this weight and I will try to maintain from now on although MFP have given me an extra 300 cals which seems a lot so who knows, if I eat below I might achieve a further 2lb loss in time!

I took a week off because of my son and his wife being here and eating out too much. Will be back on track this week.1

Before anything changes I'm reporting that getting on my scales yesterday morning was a revelation. All that food, 2 glasses of red wine each evening and soooo many cakes but I haven't gained a single ounce!! Just goes to show it's all about healthy food and portion sizes because apart from the cakes I kept breakfast and lunch simple and the 5 course evening event was made up of small plates with just a few mouth fulls of each. Can I keep that up now I'm home? .... doubt it! LOL
