    Welcome back!!! Well, I am glad to hear that you didn't just disappear after your cheat week! It is easier to give up than to recommit, so well done to you for deciding to recommit!! There are still four weeks left in the June challenge, so make the most of them!!

    Overall pretty good day. I only got a few hours sleep though as the weather was bad and kept me up. I'm also not drinking enough water, so hopefully I can slowly up my water =)

    Glad you have decided to give it a try!! Eating at a deficit is the way to lose weight, and exercise can help with that deficit!! Yes, drink your water!!!

    Woohoo!! Setting new PB's, whether it's speed or distance is always super exciting and rewarding! I had to convert it to km to appreciate it from a running perspective...it is 6.92. I used to walk over a mile to school when I was little, before we went metric, so I know what a mile is....I have just never run in miles!!! Congratulations, Kate!!
