Here is my update on 21 day fix.
It is just ok. A quick workout that gets the job done. I just don't see myself addicted to it like I was with H&C. Speaking of H&C I think its time to return to it as this was where I was most successful. 60 days should get me close to the end of summer.

Did you try any one the 21DFExtreme ?
Just curious of course.
I am starting July 9th doing it 3 days a week with 3 runs.
It'll last me 6 weeks.
Anyhoo, this is Week 11- Monday: 12.5 km Run to burn off yesterday's extra intake + Build Chest and Tris
- Tuesday: Bike to work and back + Bulk Legs
- Wednesday: Bike to work and back + Build Back and Bis
- Thursday: Bike to work and back + Build Shoulders
- Friday: Total Body Beast !
- Saturday : Run
- Sunday : Rest
I am off work as of tonight and back next wednesday.
I have a 4 day family gathering so I'll be doing some runs here and there and trying to stay within my senses with the food and drinks.

I did the regular 21 day fix. I was very attracted to it for the fact that it was 30 minutes. I would use these workouts to mix things up anytime. I have not tried the extreme version. My sister is on round 2 of the regular 21 day fix. I have her hooked. It is her 1st beach body program and she keeps talking about how strong she feels.
Last week was tough. This week I started the first week over of hammer and chisel. I lost everything and have to get all of my endurance back. I am not that frustrated though. I kind of have the summer mindset and I am happy to be back with the program.1 -
Hey party ppl, hope all is well. started a new program I bought called athlean x max shred. you should definitely check his YouTube channel (5.5 million subscribers) His name is Jeff Cavaliere, he used to be the megs physical trainer. He has alot of exercise videos and teaches you about your muscles. anyway my week is looking like

Wednesday: rest Day
Thursday: Day 10
Friday: Day 11

We have a heat wave coming... it'll be hard to run in but I'll manage by shortening the duration and lowering the pace to make it bearable is semi-enjoyable

Hello ladies!
Sorry I have been absent from this forum but I am still here, plotting along. I am in the last 2 weeks of Body Beast and am also excited to finish.
@KrystinaMTL you are doing awesome! I think I will also start 21 day fix extreme when I finished but I might not make the July 7th start date. No worries. I will get there.
There is a heat wave here in NYC and probably where you are, so today I will be staying indoors in the AC or swimming in my dad’s pool. Not planning much else.

Ok i have gone on a 2 week lazy binge. I started p90 with my hubby today. Hopefully that can jerk me out of this funk. Soo here is my week

Whoa ! Summer is on, right !!
Routine is all over the place and that's totally fine and to be expected !
I'm rolling with it.
Most of you already read that I registered for the Montreal Half Marathon on Sept 23rd where my goal is to set a Personal Best. So I'm in training mode and I love it ! It's 4 runs a week and I'll add some extra stuff here and there depending on my mood and my feeling along the way. Would hate to lose all the strength (especially upper body) that I have gained with Body Beast but heck, you can't aim for 4 things at once huh ! The time now is for running and enjoying all the time I spend outside.
I'm so friggen tanned already ! lol

Yessss Krystina! That is awesome. I have been on my elliptical 45 min a day 5 days a week. It has been nice because I havent had to think about it. But since we all broke up i have been pretty rocky. Weight the exact same. I am up for attempting p90x. Can't do 6 days a week but I'll do my best. I will start tomorrow!1
