            I did not make the salad yesterday...I did make refried bean tostadas...yum. Used fresh corn tortillas...heated in oven to a crisp...Amy's refried veggie beans...so good. (all refried beans are not created equal). Cabbage, tomatoes, onions, hatch green chili and parm/reggiano.

 coffee (today I added cream...just to test myself. It really is not that much better...softens the bitter taste a bit...won't be doing it again. I am ok with black)

            Magic, you are so good. I am having trouble getting motivated, and I'm watching the weight climb back up. I'm still here and look forward to your posts. I'll be traveling in August, but till then, I will be checking in.0

 Thanks so much...but I guess it all came about because I had to do something to combat the pain in my knees.
 Whole Foods, Plant Based Diet and Gluten Free.
 That, along with CBD* oil is working to give me pain free days. I just have to keep doing it...combination of the two is working.
 Pain makes one do whatever is necessary, I guess.

 Plums
 Cherries
 Watermelon
 cucumbers and cherry toms
 carrots
 Trying this for five days. ONLY juice and veggies and fruits.
 Then, maybe...a juice only for five days. People do it for a lot longer...aka Fat Sick and Nearly dead...60 days.
 I have never even made it one day. Got my work cut out for me.
 I need to lose 15 pounds.

            Magic,
 I've decided to stop beating myself up, and just do the best I can for now. At least I've stopped gaining (I'm up 3 lbs.). I will do a serious reboot once I get back from my August travels. It's family, so I'm sure to eat (too) well

 Br: V8, All-Bran Bran Buds, blueberries, bananas, skim milk
 Lu: spinach salad with hummus, clementine, and Laughing Cow cheese wedge, ak mak crackers
 Sn: pear/skim mozzarella stick
 Di: mixed green salad with Bolthouse dressing, either sushi or tilapia, Dave's killer thin bread slice, pistachios or clementine1

 Have a good time with family, Silver...something that is so important...and do enjoy all the flavors of all that home cooking. Hugs to you kiddo...I'm sure you have a lot of difficult days...well, hope not too many.
 Our traveling girl...always on the go. So hard to keep up with a good diet like you said, when you have no control of what they serve. I know you'll do your best.
 Today...work 7 am - 2 pm Then my weekend. Thinking of taking using my six remaining vacation days to take off three sundays and three Mondays. That might be nice...five day weekends.

 I used my counter top oven...so did not heat up the house...however, I did let it go about ten minutes too long...used a Wolfgang Puck pressure oven...so 30 minutes was too long...next time 20 minutes. My squash was just about 2 1/2 pounds.

            Just a note...I am back using Fooducate. I paid the one time fee...I can't remember what it was...maybe $100...not sure....but for a life time. MFP is 49 a year. Much better feedback (like added sugar/vegan/non gmo) on choices there...not as easy to log...but ok.
 Just an FYI in case anyone is interested.1
