Exercise: No- planned to but was a busy day and didn't get around to it.
Goals/day: Goals are the same. Continue staying under and trying to get some form of exercise in daily (although didn't get exercise in today)2 -

Calories: Barely, had 42 calories left.
Exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 speed
Goal: I barely met my water goal today. I had two beers while watching football and my app takes away 8+ ounces of water for every alcoholic beverage. 😳
This week's goal is to continue measuring my water intake and to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. Wish me luck! 😉2 -

I have no idea what is happening here unless muscle??? I was in the upper 130's for a couple of weeks and then BAM, last Friday I was 145.6. Been in the mid 140's ever since. I'm training for a marathon and adding alot of extra miles. Hopefully I can get back to the 130's soon! I was really liking it!!!2 -

Exercise: I was able to get a nice 4.5 mile walk in yesterday afternoon.
Overall it was a nice relaxing Sunday. Back at the grind today. I have to start saving a few extra calories this week - my nephew is getting married and this Saturday is his bachelor party. Oh dear, lol.2 -

Tough mudder? Man - that takes some super skills, LOL! The only tough mudder I can do is making mud pies when it rains!!!!! :-)1 -
