    Goals/day: I had my meals/snacks all planned out this morning until my sister told me about her oatmeal peanut butter cookies. I just had to make them. Planned to have just 1. Cookies were my dinner lol.

    Goals:
    - eat clean
    - trying to increase water intake still, doing okay want to do better;

    Focus on getting HEALTHIER.

    Goal: Yippee for the weekend! I was able to get 8 hours of sleep last night. So far I've only had 54 ounces of water. However, I should be able to get in the last 10 ounces before bed.
