    Ahh I didn't start today. I did get on my elliptical. The lean schedule is very different than the original. Looks good and No plyo! I totally don't mind that!

    Wed. Core Syn
    Thurs. Cardio
    Friday. shoulder/arms/abs
    Sat.yoga
    Sun. legs and back/ abs

    Love ab ripper. or as Tony would say "I hate it but I love it"

    Oh Ab Ripper.... well I might learn to love it in time but now ??? after an hour workout ??? It kills me !!!!

    I loved Legs and Back last night !
    I love how it's so varied !! I find a lot of Piyo, Bbeast and some H&C in there...
    TOnight is Kenpo.
    We'll see !

    I started on a Friday so my schedule will be done that way but I'll post it to you, cause I like doing that and it's always GREAT to have someone to share it with who is doing the same thing !

    Have you ever done it all the way ? Either version ?

    I have done the original up to like 60 days. I have attempted it probably 10 times. I have never done the lean. It looks a lot more doable. I won't get it done in 90 days but I'm going to plug away at it. Kenpo gets better every time you do the workout because the moves are little awkward at first. (maybe because I'm kind of a putz though)

    Yeah girl !!!

    I loved Kenpo last night !
    I was drenched at the end !
    It was tricky indeed to get his combos but having done a lot of Turbo Fire I am at least familiar with the terminology so that gives me a good base.
    I am done my first week on the program ! Today is a rest day but I plan on using my Treadmill when I get home to balance out saturday night's Thankgiving Dinner. Yes canadian ;)

    I like that the next 2 weeks are repeats of this week. I can focus more on getting better rather than learning a routine and trying to figure out what he's talking about :)

    It was a long weekend up here so food got a little out of control there but I still got all my workouts in and then some ! Treadmill to try and balance out the extra calories. Haven't weighed in yet but I will tomorrow.
    I knew that it wouldn't be realistic for me to follow the eating plan to a T and the workouts 6 days a week for the entire 90 days and that's ok. I mean Thanksgiving, Halloween, Xmas and NEw Years for God's sake !!! lol
    So I had planned that for every "life event" weekend that hapenned I would add an extra week on the program on the phase that I am on to even it out. That way, my OCD is not flaring ;) and I still have the feeling of living a life AND going for the glory of finishing a program. It'll take me at least 4 month but really, who the heck cares when it's a Lifestyle not a race, right ?!
    Right.

    Oh and I'm going away again all weekend too !!
    Another one with wine and food and all that stuff.
    Oh well. Life.

    So this week looks like this for me:
    • Monday: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X + 60 mins treadmill
    • Tuesday: Yoga X
    • Wednesday: Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X
    • Thursday: Kenpo X
    • Friday: Core synergistics + leave for Quebec City
    • Saturday: Rest... depending on what we are doing that day
    • Sunday: Cardio X when returning home (crossing fingers)

    Yeah so I fell flat on my face
    2 bnack to back long weekends with fooooood and driiinksss
    Yeah.
    But that's done now and behind.
    I reset myself and made Monday the 15th a Day 1.
    Restarted my P90X calendar just cause I like order lol OCD... ya.
    And eating right since.
    WOrk is overloaded til mid way through next month.
    I had to count and it gives me 4 days off in a 24 day span so yeah.
    I NEED structure when my life is that way or everything (especially my mood) will go bonkers.

    So yoga tonight
    No if ands or butts.

    I'm in a crazy work stretch but I'm determined to get these workouts in and eat well or else it affects EVERYTHING is my daily life and will make this month unbearable. SO let's go.
