HI Gang I'm back from my well deserved vacation and I really did miss checking in here and seeing how everyone was doing.
I did weigh last week on the hotel gym scale but didn't have internet access and after todays weigh I'm kind of glad I did not post that weight as it was really up and would have shown a 8 pound loss for this week.
