Went on a march today so used up a lot of calories. I have been very bad at going over calories this week, going to be really tough on myself for the next few days. Someone asked if I was pregnant... I guess being 24 BMI isn't good enough... So heres to losing some more!3 -

@eevang Thank you also for your kind words. You are so right about me getting more confident etc... it's amazing what just 35 lbs outta 149 total I need to lose will do for ones self worth. I can't even imagine how I'll feel at goal.
So sorry to hear about the illness. I hope you are feeling better today. Sounds like you are also in a tough situation and I hope everything works out exactly how you want it to.2 -

Was under calories for the day but didn't eat very healthy food. Got a ride in and it was hard. Glad I did it tho3

I don't know where my head has been this week, but it's not been in the game. I need to figure out what's going on, because I fear I'm starting to back track.
I'm keeping up with exercising, but I've got to get my food choices back on track.

So today I've decided to try low carbs just for today and see if it helps. I'm feeling hungry so ate lollies... So didn't work well for me. Maybe I'm doing low carbon wrong1

Agreed! Although I'm really pleased that I'm maintaining, that's an achievement in its own way.
Hmm, what I have is 184.6 on 22nd Sep and 185.2 on 29 Sep, I might be confusing things because of how the challenge months start and end.1 -

I will continue to follow and document knowing I am not making or coming close to the challenge due to my currentvphysical limitations. It will at least keep me accountable. Very disgusted though. If today were my weight in I would be up 2#.😡1 -

Walked to office towing suitcase. This was to be the main exercise for the day.
Busy day, then start long flight home.
October 12
Exercised?: Yes (20 mins walking in terminal in transit in Dubai)

Needed the stretch the legs, so did quite a bit of walking in the Dubai terminal. (few laps of the lounge that runs the length of terminal A).
Worked on the plane during flights.
Landed 11:05pm in home city. Home after midnight.
Booked for return flight on Monday. (Yes I need to fly 24 hours back after the weekend).

Tired, but glad to get out flying and have a break from work. Also get washing done and spend time with family. NEEDED the time home.

Lunch with good friends. Difficult to make time with both families having busy schedules. Reason for having to fly back as will not see the friends again before Christmas (and it's only mid-October).
In morning, before lunch, set up a drone track for local club. Lots of walking in setting up and organising others. Only got to fly for about 5 minutes myself as had to be home in time to help with lunch preparations before friends arrived.
Great afternoon. Good to catch up.
Pack for flight back to Spain 6:00am next morning (leave home at 3:00am).
Still managing to keep tracking and get exercise. Remains both a habit and priority.
