Happy Halloween! I did pilfer a couple of bite sized 3 Musketeers from Bubby's pumpkin.
Had a great time walking the neighborhood with my oldest son and grandson.

Comments: I'm trying to shake today off. I trained 65 minutes and accomplished nothing. Got 3 good jerks and no good cleans in. I am going to get up early and lift light until I"m happy with them, and then after work I'm going to redo today's workout until I'm happy with it. It's crunch time and I AM going to do this.3 -

🎃Trick or treating with the boys was so much fun! Plus my kiddos participated in a school parade that was super adorable.
My hubby and I watched Carrie for the first time (yes, if you can believe that LOL). I actually thought it wasn't scary, but saddening/sickening how Carrie was treated. Anywho hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!🎃5 -

@AB0215 Good for you, Ashley. I also didn't have a good day lifting yesterday. Increased dumbbells by 5 lbs each for the Apex workout and my trainer got on my butt a couple times for getting sloppy on technique and just going thru the motions. I was rushing just to get it done. I'm finding out if I'm not mentally ready and fully focused, it's not going to be a good workout. Tomorrow is Old School lifting, I better have my head right.
