I havnt posted anything in a while but just wanted to reach out man DECEMBER really been a rough month for me i been off plan so much but haven't really gained weight i just seem not to get full i just want to eat , crazy i know is there anyone experiencing this? Im hovering right around 200 lb.

We all deviate sometimes, this is called life right? Good that you haven't put much back on, that shows that the plan works. You will get back to this in no time.1
