    Just got back from a business trip in Florida. I though I was making fairly good restaurant choices since I had to eat out everyday but apparently.....I was not. Back at it this week.

    restaurants choices always bite back. I'm not saying that you can't lose weight on away trips and vacations, I'm just saying I've never SEEN in happen!....always a friend of a friend. ;)

    Exercise: Milon circuit training for 50 minutes plus warm up/ cool down (hm
    ...ran for 15 minutes as a cool down but well.. it was so nice to be able to run again)
    Goal: no snacks this evening! Will go and brush my teeth now to be on the safe side:)

    Goal for next week/Thanksgiving.... Eat mindfully. Focus on the fat content of foods. Purchase containers so that family can take away extra food. This worked for me last year.

    Still missing quite a few people's weights: if there is an * by your name, I don't have a weight for 2 consecutive weeks and you're in danger of being removed from this month's challenge.
