restaurants choices always bite back. I'm not saying that you can't lose weight on away trips and vacations, I'm just saying I've never SEEN in happen!....always a friend of a friend.2 -

...ran for 15 minutes as a cool down but well.. it was so nice to be able to run again)

Still missing quite a few people's weights: if there is an * by your name, I don't have a weight for 2 consecutive weeks and you're in danger of being removed from this month's challenge.

Goals/Day: Planned to eat light today which I did for the most part. Had ice cream again! An ice cream place near us was having $1 ice cream specials all day. I only had 1 scoop, and it was fairly small. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving at my husbands Grandmother's home. Not sure if I will track since there will be sooo many foods.1 -
