The week was not very good, definitley a wash week. Volleyball starts next week so I am sure I will be doing a lot better!!! My cravings have finally subsided and I am planning to get back on track this up coming week...I don't have thanksgiving because I am Canadian so no excuses

Day = Forgot all about breakfast and I don't want to get back into that routine again. Managed to get loads of veg in today which makes me happy (because I get to eat loads!)

exercise: over 13,000 steps doing chores around the house and getting the majority of my Christmas decorations up, but no formal exercise, so no. But I am okay with that!!2 -

Results for November Week #2
The results are officially in the books now, and as a team, we did not do well We only lost 4.3 pounds!! But already the weigh-ins for this week have been positive! I sense that we are all back on track and feeling ready to conquer this week, (and Thanksgiving if it applies)!! We have fallen into second/third place (it is really close) so we all have to dig deep if we want to reclaim top spot.
