exercise: over 13,000 steps doing chores around the house and getting the majority of my Christmas decorations up, but no formal exercise, so no. But I am okay with that!!2 -

Woo hoo! I’ve broken my plateau and on an on call week (usually such a trigger for stress eating).

Results for November Week #2
The results are officially in the books now, and as a team, we did not do well We only lost 4.3 pounds!! But already the weigh-ins for this week have been positive! I sense that we are all back on track and feeling ready to conquer this week, (and Thanksgiving if it applies)!! We have fallen into second/third place (it is really close) so we all have to dig deep if we want to reclaim top spot.

Exercised: Yes - 20 minute HIIT on elliptical / 4 sets of squats / 8 super hard sets on the prowler sled. Got my highest weight on their yet. Felt like such a bad *kitten*! . Unfortunately I did over do it in my attempt to be more awesome than usual. It was a morning workout and I’ve been over sore, tired, grumpy and in some pain ever sense. Going to try and do an easy cardio workout tomorrow and go to sleep early. It sure was fun feeling like a bad *kitten* this morning though1 -

Exercised: Yes - 35 minutes on the bike / 30 minutes of upper body strength training. Feeling the good sore in my chest tonight.
Spent 20 minutes looking at old photos today. Found some from 18 years ago when I weighed 220. I always held it to some high standard of me at my perfect shape. I have to admit, I think I can do better this time around. Definitely going for more muscle Also noticed that im currently the fittest I’ve been since I met my wife almost 10 years ago. For the first time in a VERY long time, looking at old photos didn’t leave me feeling down on myself. Yay!1 -
