    @MaryContrary1972 Great steppin'! Your dinner sounds awesome too-It has been awhile since I have made homemade pizza. I need to make it a thing again! To "track" is referring to when you track your calories via mfp diary or some means of calorie counting.
    @ghy5 Let us see if we can help! How long have you been stuck and what is your normal routine? We're here for you and it is a great place to stay accountable.
    @karent768 we understand. the mini challenges are completely optional and just a little way to keep people focusing on what they are doing everyday and to keep from getting bored.

    I have forgotten the Daily Posts for a few days. The holidays are getting the better of me.

    Exercise. Yes. Instead of using the blower to remove the fallen leaves, I used the rake instead and burned more calories instead.
    Dec goal. Lose 1 lb /wk. I think that this is doable.

    @12774 It has been so busy for me this week that I am barely keeping up with all the posts. I really hope that I haven't missed any and I apologize if I do. WTG on scoring that extra calorie burn too!
    @lk2011 and @evangsimmons170 yeah, look at my diary for the past week....I'm right there with you not doing so hot! BUT.....it is a bright shiny new day in a bright shiny new month. Lets do this!

    Exercise = yes, but skipped the usual walk to work because Sunday
    Calories= 1611 net (should've been under 1200). Went overboard with the fat level as well :/
